How to Convert Font Encoding from TCVN3, VNI to Unicode with Unikey

• If the font starts with .VN, the encoding is TCVN3.
• If the font starts with VNI, the encoding is VNI WINDOW.
• If using Times New Roman or Arial, the encoding is Unicode.
