1. Ingredients
Prepare the ingredients for cooking banana with tofu and pork belly for 4 people.
- 4 large green bananas
- 300 grams of pork belly
- 3 small tofu sheets
- 1 bunch of basil, 1 bunch of betel leaves
- 1/2 bulb of garlic
- 2 purple onions
- 1 chili pepper
- Seasonings: bouillon cubes, salt, natural vinegar or fermented vinegar, cooking oil
- Utensils: Deep pan or regular pot
