2. Steps to Prepare
Upon returning from the market, wash the shrimp thoroughly with water and peel off the shells. Place the shrimp in a bowl and add minced garlic, pepper, and seasoning powder, one teaspoon each, then mix well. Seal the bowl tightly with food wrap.
Next, take out a bowl and crack open a chicken egg, transfer the yolk and whisk thoroughly. Unwrap the shrimp and marinate them in the following order: crispy frying flour, tempura flour, and finally, coat with egg.
Afterward, arrange the seasoned shrimp into the air fryer and brush a thin layer of oil on top.
Set the shrimp frying temperature to 160 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes, flip them over, and continue frying for another 5 minutes at the same temperature.
Finally, place the shrimp on a plate, and they can be enjoyed with chili sauce.
