- 1 head of cauliflower
- ½ carrot
- 1 onion, garlic
- Spring onions

Steps to follow:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
Divide the cauliflower into florets and wash thoroughly. Cut each floret into 3 pieces for bite-sized portions. Trim the roots of spring onions, wash well, and cut into 1cm lengths. Crush and finely chop the white part of the onion. Peel, wash, and slice the carrot into thin round pieces.

Prepare other ingredients such as garlic and onion by peeling, washing, crushing, and finely chopping. Peel and wash the ginger, then slice half of it into strips and crush and finely chop the remaining half.
After purchasing the beef, wash it thoroughly and let it drain. Then slice the beef into bite-sized pieces. Marinate the beef with 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, chopped spring onions, minced ginger, 1 tablespoon of minced onion, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and ½ tablespoon of ground pepper. Mix well to ensure the beef absorbs all the seasonings.

Step 2: To ensure delicious beef stir-fried with cauliflower, you need to stir-fry the vegetables first. Heat a pan, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, wait for the oil to heat up, then add the mixture of minced onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant. Add the cauliflower stems first and stir. Then add the carrots and 2 tablespoons of water, continue stirring. Stir-fry thoroughly over high heat until the stems and carrots are cooked, then add the cauliflower leaves and stir well.

Step 3: Add the seasonings including 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, ½ tablespoon of seasoning powder, ½ tablespoon of sugar, ½ tablespoon of oyster sauce, ⅓ tablespoon of sesame oil, ½ tablespoon of pepper, and mix well until the seasonings are evenly absorbed into the vegetables. Once the vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat and transfer to a plate to stir-fry with the beef later.

Step 4: Heat a pan, add a tablespoon of cooking oil and bring to boil. Then add marinated beef and stir-fry over high heat. When the beef is slightly firm, add the previously prepared vegetables and stir gently until the beef is fully cooked. Adjust seasoning, then turn off the heat and transfer the beef and vegetables to a plate. Garnish with chopped cilantro and ground pepper to enhance the flavor of the dish.
