How to Cook Flavorful Lemongrass Chili Pork Belly, Perfect with Rice

Ingredients:
– 300g pork belly
– 4 stalks of lemongrass
– 4 cloves of garlic
– 3 spicy chili peppers
– Seasonings: salt, seasoning powder, fish sauce, sugar
– Cooking oil
– Cucumber

How to Make Lemongrass Chili Pork Belly:
– Finely chop garlic, lemongrass, and chili separately.
– Clean the meat, drain, marinate with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar. Divide half of the chopped lemongrass, garlic, and chili into the marinated meat.
– Rub the seasoning evenly on both sides of the meat, marinate for at least 30 minutes or preferably 2 hours. After marinating, remove excess lemongrass, garlic, and chili around the meat to prepare for frying. Note: This will prevent the lemongrass, chili... from burning during frying and affecting the taste of the meat.
– Heat oil in a pan, fry the meat. Immediately flip the meat once placed in the pan and fry, continuously flip to evenly brown both sides of the meat. Remove the meat, if there is excess oil, blot it with a paper towel.
– Heat a little oil in the pan, add the remaining lemongrass to sauté until fragrant, then add garlic and chili, sauté until fragrant and crispy, then remove and set aside.
– Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, arrange on a plate and sprinkle the sautéed lemongrass, garlic, and chili mixture on top, and your lemongrass chili pork belly dish is now complete.
