How to Cook Salmon with Orange Sauce 'Perfectly Without Adjustment' at Home

Prepare ingredients:
– 300g salmon
– 1 fresh orange
– 10g butter
– Garlic
– Seasoning: bouillon powder, salt, sugar

How to make:
– Step 1: Wash the salmon, drain. Marinate the salmon with bouillon powder, pepper for 15 minutes.
Squeeze the orange to extract the juice.
– Step 2: Heat a pan and add butter, melt the butter then add the salmon. After 1 minute, flip the salmon to cook the other side. Once cooked, place the salmon on a plate.
– Step 3: Continue heating the pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden, then remove and place on the plate with the salmon. Pour orange juice into a small pot, add sugar, bouillon powder, salt, stir well and cook until the mixture thickens slightly.
Pour the sauce over the salmon, decorate with a few slices of fresh orange, and serve with french fries or asparagus if desired.
