Creating signatures with various personal styles is often limited to emails, regular document drafting in doc format, or internet articles. However, now, with PDF files, you can also generate digital signatures on PDF documents using Foxit Reader's PDF Sign feature.
Guide to Creating Digital Signatures with PDF Sign in Foxit Reader
Step 1 : Download and install Foxit Reader software. Download Foxit Reader
Step 2 : Open the PDF file with Foxit Reader, then go to the Home tab and select PDF Sign to customize your signature.
Step 3 : A PDF sign dialog box will appear, click on the plus icon to create a signature.
Step 4 : Here, pay attention to two sections: Draw Signature (hand-drawn signature) and Import file (import signature, image).
Step 5 : If you choose Draw Signature as the handwritten signature style: Click and drag the mouse to create the signature as you desire, then click OK to apply it.
Step 6 : Alternatively, if you prefer another style, select from the available signatures for customization.
Once satisfied with your signature, click Save.
Step 7: Choose the position to place the signature on the PDF document, then adjust the position and size accordingly.
