Modern smartphones make it incredibly easy to generate text documents, images, and PDFs for storage and sharing with friends. In this article, we'll explore quick and straightforward ways to create files on your mobile device.
1. Creating a .docx Word File on Your Phone
Step 1: Download Google Docs on your phone using the following link.

- For iOS devices: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.docs.editors.docs&hl=en&gl=US
Afterward, open Google Docs and tap on Login (1) to sign in to your account. Next, tap on the + (2) icon to add a file.
Step 2: Choose New Document (1) => name your file (2) => Create (3).
Step 3: Tap on the … (1) icon => Share and Export (2) => Save as Word (.docx) (3).
Step 4: To share, tap on the … (1) icon next to the file name => Copy link (2).
Next, open the messaging app and share the link through a message with your friends for them to view and download.
2. Create an Excel file in .xlsx format on your phone
Step 1: You need to download Google Sheets at the following address.

Step 3: After entering the content, tap on the … (1) icon => Share and Export (2) => Save as Excel (.xlsx) (3).
Step 4: To share the Excel file, tap on the … (1) icon => Copy link (2).
Next, open the messaging app and paste the copied link to share with friends.
3. Create a file in .pptx format on your phone
Step 1: Download Google Slides at the following link.
