- Vinegar: 100 milliliters
- Sugar: 200 grams
- Fish sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Roasted peanuts: 50 grams
- Salt, ground pepper, minced garlic, ginger
How to Make Lotus Stem, Shrimp, and Meat Salad:
Step 1:
- Cut the lotus stems into bite-sized pieces. Soak them with 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of sugar for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Then, wash thoroughly and drain the lotus stems, then split them in half or into thirds.

Step 2:
- Clean the pork, boil it with a pinch of salt and thinly sliced ginger.
- Once the meat is cooked, remove it to a bowl of cold water to keep it crispy. Cut the meat into pieces equal to the size of the lotus stems.

Step 3:
