Step 3: After creating the new file, name it NoWinKeys and double-click on it.
Change Value data 0 to 1, then click OK.

2. Disable Windows key shortcuts via Local Group Policy Editor
Aside from Regedit, the Local Group Policy Editor is also a method to help you disable Windows key shortcuts.
Step 1: Similar to above, you need to open the Run dialog and then type gpedit.msc and confirm OK to open the Local Group Policy Editor.
Step 2: Next, you need to navigate through the following path:
User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > File Explorer and within File Explorer, locate Turn off Windows Key hotkeys, then double-click on it.
Step 3: Here, you simply need to set it to Enabled to disable Windows key shortcuts, then press Apply >OK to finish.
Finally, restart your computer to complete the process of disabling Windows key shortcuts.
