Easily remove My AI from Snapchat by using Snapchat Plus. My AI is a chatbot recently integrated into Snapchat. Positioned at the top of the Chat Feed for quick access, some users may prefer not to utilize this feature. If you have Snapchat+, you can effortlessly unpin or completely remove My AI. However, without this subscription, you can only delete and clear the data sent to My AI. This guide will demonstrate how to disable My AI on Snapchat using your iPhone, iPad, or Android device.

Steps to Follow
Utilizing Snapchat+
Launch the Snapchat application. It's recognizable by a white ghost on a yellow backdrop. If you're not already logged in, tap Log in to proceed.
- You need to be a subscriber to Snapchat+ to unpin and remove My AI from the Chat feed.
Select the 'Chat' icon. This icon resembles a text box and is located on the bottom toolbar, to the left of the camera icon.
- You'll see a list of your recently messaged friends, with My AI at the top.
Press and hold My AI. This action triggers a pop-up window.
Tap on Chat Settings. You'll find this option beneath Avatar Settings.
Tap Clear from Chat Feed. This action will eliminate My AI from your Chat page.
Unpin My AI (optional). If you prefer to only unpin My AI from your Chat Feed instead of completely removing it, follow these steps:
- Tap on your Bitmoji to access your Profile.
- Tap on the Snapchat+ banner at the top of the page.
- Toggle the Pinned switch next to My AI. It should now display Unpinned.
Clearing My AI Data
Launch the Snapchat application. It's identified by a white ghost with a yellow backdrop. If you're not logged in yet, tap Log in to do so.
- If you don't have Snapchat+, you won't be able to disable My AI. You'll only have the option to clear My AI data.
Click on your Bitmoji. You'll find this in the top-left corner, regardless of the page you're on.
- This will open your profile page.
Tap the settings icon. You can locate this in the upper-right corner.
Scroll and then tap Clear Data. You'll find this option under the Privacy Controls section.
Tap Clear My AI Data. This option is located towards the bottom of the page.
- A dialog box will appear.
Tap Confirm. This action will erase all the data from your previous conversations with My AI. If you have conversations saved in your chat history, you'll need to unsave those first.
