Step 1: On the Zalo interface on your computer, click on the gear icon and select Settings.

Next, users will see the Message Draft Suggestions section enabled by default. Turn off this option by sliding the bar to the left. When returning to Zalo to compose messages, suggested stickers will no longer appear as before.
