To download and save YouTube videos to your iPhone, the first step is to download and install an app called Documents. Essentially, Documents is a file manager with a built-in web browser, making it easy for users to download YouTube videos.

Next, open the video you want to download in the YouTube app on iPhone, then tap on Share =>Copy link .

2. Transfer downloaded YouTube video to camera roll
The final step is to move the YouTube video you downloaded to the Camera Roll folder. Tap on the folder icon located at the bottom left corner of the Documents app to return to the main window of the Documents app.
Next, open the Downloads folder. Tap on the ellipsis icon, select Move. In the Move window, find and select the Photos folder under My Files, then select Move located at the top right corner.
