Instagram restricts common methods for saving/downloading videos to your device. This article provides an easy guide to downloading Instagram videos on your Android phone.
Step 1: Open the Play Store to download Video Downloader to your phone.

Step 2: Once successfully installed, open the application to initialize for the first time and allow modes such as Notifications, file sending, ...
Step 3: Now, return to your phone screen and open the Instagram application.
Step 4: In the Instagram application, navigate to the page/post you want to download to your phone.
After selecting the post, tap on the Three dots icon and choose Copy Link.
Currently, our Video Downloader tool supports downloading Video/Image content from public Instagram accounts only. Unfortunately, content from private accounts (followers-only) cannot be downloaded. Therefore, we advise selecting public accounts for the quickest and most effective downloads.
Step 5: Once you've copied the link, return to the Video Downloader app and Paste the newly copied content into the URL navigation bar.
Step 6: Now, press the Play button on the Video Downloader app screen and select Download to commence data retrieval to your computer.
Step 7: Each Instagram Video/Image comes with different formats and file sizes. These aspects depend on the uploader's content format.
Once you've selected the source to download from, hit Download to start fetching the data.
Step 8: After pressing Download, the content will automatically begin downloading. Click on History Download to check.
In the History Download section, you'll find the complete content of all the videos you've downloaded on Instagram.
