Currently, the YouTube Go app is exclusively launched in the Indian market, with a population of over 2 billion people. The infrastructure in India is not well-developed, leading to poor network service quality. This is the first and most suitable market for Google to test its app.
YouTube Go is released to enhance user experience by enabling them to download YouTube videos using YouTube Go, saving favorite videos for offline viewing. This is something no other online video streaming app has achieved before, except for YouTube's own offline video viewing feature, which we introduced in a previous article.
YouTube Go allows users to save videos for offline viewing. Additionally, you can choose the quality, file size, and download videos to your device. Moreover, YouTube Go enables users to share videos with others without using data.
While this technology isn't new, it's a fantastic example of adapting existing technology to the needs of a new generation. The YouTube Go service will be first launched in India during the testing period, and later it will be expanded to various markets. Hopefully, users in Vietnam can experience it soon.
