

Step 2: After that, the Drawing Panel appears with functional menus and a workspace area as shown below.

The functional menus from left to right include:
- (1) Tasks: Contains editing tasks such as Cut, Paste, create artistic text, Export file...
- (2) Undo: Reverts to the previous task (shortcut Ctrl + Z)
- (3) Redo: Go back to the previous task (shortcut Ctrl + Y)
- (4) Zoom: Contains menus for zooming tasks such as zoom in, zoom out, and alignment.
- (5) Select: Used to move and highlight the area for manipulation.
- (6) Select Line: Contains tools for creating straight lines, arrows, curves...
- (7) Shapes: Contains tools for creating shapes such as circles, rectangles, polygons, dialog boxes...
- (8) Text Box: Used to create framed text.
- (9) Image: Insert images from your computer or from Google Drive.
- (10) Input Tools: Change typing styles like Telex, VIQR, VNI...
Step 3: For freehand drawing, click on the Pen icon (1) => Brush Stroke (2).

Step 4: Draw freely according to your preference and click on Save and Close.

Afterward, you will have the drawn pattern inserted into the text as shown below.

Step 5: To adjust the position of the drawing, click on the image (1) => select In Front of Text (2).

Next, you can zoom in on the drawing and move it to any position on the document.

2. Creating Signatures in Google Docs
Using a similar approach as above, you can upload Word or PDF documents to Google Docs to add a signature. Follow these steps:
Step 1: On the Google Docs interface, click Blank to create a new document.

Next, click on File (1) => Open (2).

Step 2: Click on Choose file from device.

Next, select the text you want to add a signature to (1) => Open (2).

Afterward, click on Open with Google Docs.

Step 3: Click on Insert (1) => Drawing (2) => New (3).

Step 4: Click on Line (1) => Brush Stroke (2).

Next, press Save and Close.

Once the creation is complete, you will have a signature template as shown below.

In Step 5, click on File (1) => Download (2) => PDF Document (3) to download the signed document to your device.

Moving on to Step 6, after downloading, open the file and verify. If the file displays the created signature clearly, consider it a success!

Currently, you can only draw and create signatures on Google Docs Web version and not on Google Docs Android/iOS. Following this guide, you can easily create and sign documents with Google Docs without the need for additional software. Wishing you all the best!
