In this guide, we will demonstrate how to draw bar charts using Excel 2019. You can follow similar steps if you are using Excel 2016, 2013, or Excel 2010.
Step 1: Open the Excel file containing the data you want to draw bar charts on. If you don't have data yet, create a data table beforehand to quickly draw bar charts in Excel.
Next, select (highlight) the data table you want to draw, then go to Insert -> select Charts as described in the image. Here, you will make the chart selection.

Or quickly go to the Quick Layout section to change the display styles of fields in Excel.
Alternatively, go to the Change Colors section to change colors in blocks for easier differentiation when drawing Excel column charts.
For font size, font color, font style, you'll go to Home -> then edit font, font style, font color... to match in the Font section.
