Step 1: Right-click on the image file you wish to edit information of on your computer and select Properties
Step 2: In the Properties window that appears, navigate to the Details tab.
Here, you can view all the metadata of the image file. To edit information for a specific item, click on it, and a prompt will immediately appear for you to enter information. However, there will be some default items that cannot be changed. Below are the 6 main information items of an image file:
1. Description (Image Description)
This section allows you to customize the title, add descriptions, comments, or include tags for your image files.
2. Origin (Source)
You can include the author's name, edit the capture date, acquisition date, and copyright for the image files.
3. Image (Visuals)
Here, you'll find details about the image file such as Image ID, Width, Height... All this information will be automatically attached, so you can't alter it.
4. Camera Specs
Display detailed information about the type of camera used to capture the image. Just like image specifications, you can't change this information either.
5. Advanced Imaging
These details are particularly of interest to professional photographers, and you can also modify some information such as: Lens, Camera serial number, white balance, light source, EXIF...
6. File Information
Displays information such as: File name, file type, file path, file size... and you can't change these details either.
After completing the adjustment of the image file information, press Ok to save the changes.
