Group Chat on Zalo is established to activate conversations and discussions about events or issues among various members. However, problems arise when group discussions deviate, causing messages to get lost and members to overlook important ones. To address this, you need to utilize the message sending permission settings feature in the latest Zalo Group.

Setting Message Sending Permissions for Zalo Groups on Mobile
Step 1: Open the Zalo app on your phone, select the Zalo group you want to set up to highlight messages from the group leader and deputy.
Step 2: Tap the three-dot icon at the top right corner of the screen, then select 'Group Settings'. Step 3: Under member permissions, choose 'message sending permission', then select 'only group leader/deputy'.
After configuring these features, only group leaders/deputies have the right to send messages to members. Members in the group cannot send messages to the group.
Setting Message Sending Permissions for Groups on PC
Step 1: Open the Zalo application on your PC => Select the Contacts icon => Choose Group List => Select the group you want to set message sending permissions for.
Step 2: Click on the Conversation Info icon as shown in the image.
Step 3: Here, open Group Management to set message sending permissions for Zalo groups on PC.
Step 4: Finally, uncheck the box in the message sending section to complete the message sending setup in the group.
The notification appears as shown in the image, indicating success.

- This feature should be used with Zalo groups, Zalo Groups with the purpose of providing important announcements, policies to members.
- You can only set message sending permissions in Zalo groups through the Zalo app on your phone. The web version of Zalo group settings does not have this feature.
