How to enable or disable the Narrator accessibility feature on Windows Phone 8.1?

Hello Admin! I'm using a Nokia Lumia 520, and somehow I've triggered something. Now, every tap on the screen produces English audio, and I can't do anything else. Please guide me on how to exit this mode.

Hi there! You might have accidentally activated the Narrator accessibility feature designed for visually impaired users. To turn it off, follow these steps. This feature primarily operates in English, so follow these instructions to avoid this in the future.

Step 1: Go to Settings > Language > Add a language

Step 2: Select the English language (preferably United States). If English is already there, press and hold it, then choose to move it. After that, restart your device.

Step 3: Navigate back to Settings -> Ease of Access -> Narrator -> On/Off.

If you accidentally activated this feature and can't access settings to disable it, simply press and hold the Volume Up button, then press the Home button (Window icon). Congratulations, you've successfully exited the mode designed for visually impaired users.
