Export PDF to Word, Excel using Adobe Reader software
Step 1: Open any PDF file, click on the File menu > Save as other.
Step 2: Two options appear in the submenu for users to choose from.
- Text: Convert PDF file to Text file (.txt) format.
- Word or Excel Online: Convert PDF file to .doc, .docx, .xlsx, .pptx, .rtx formats.
Depending on your needs, you can choose different conversion tools. For converting to .txt format, users can directly download it to their devices. Meanwhile, for other formats, you'll need to switch to a different conversion interface.
