Connection refusal is a common error encountered while browsing the web, and there are various reasons leading to this issue. Here are some of the most common ways to resolve the website connection refusal error.
1. Configure Automatic Proxy
Configuring the computer's proxy to automatic mode is an effective solution to the problem of the computer not being able to connect to that particular website. To change the automatic proxy settings, follow these steps:
Step 1: Firstly, press Windows + I or open the Start Menu to access Settings.
Step 2: Next, select Network & Internet from the options.
Step 3: Then, choose Proxy and enable the setting Automatically detect settings.
Once the setup is complete, restart your browser and revisit the website to verify.
2. Utilize Dynamic DNS
To resolve the website connection refusal error, you can also modify the DNS code to achieve a more stable connection and access certain specific websites.
Step 1: Click on the network icon on the Taskbar and select Network & Internet Settings.
Step 2: In the new Settings window that appears, choose Change adapter options.
Step 3: Next, right-click on Ethernet and select Properties.
Step 4: In this window, locate Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and double-click to edit it.
Step 5: Here, choose Obtain DNS server address automatically and click OK to complete.

Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4
3. Utilize incognito mode

By using incognito tabs, you can both avoid personal information exploitation and access blocked websites. 4. Clear browsing history

It may be because your browser is storing old Cookies or Cache from that website, making it unable to update to the new version of the website and encounter errors. When clearing browsing history, make sure to check all options for the best results.
5. Use Fake IP to access the website
Some foreign websites, for various reasons, block IP addresses from Vietnam and they will refuse connection. For this issue, we need to use an IP from another country to deceive the system.
Step 1: You need to prepare yourself an IP address to Fake IP. You can visit the website https://www.proxynova.com/proxy-server-list/ to select an IP address.
Step 2: Proceed to access the Settings of the browser you are using.
Step 3: Then scroll down and find Open Proxy settings.
Step 4: When the Internet Properties window appears, select LAN settings to configure Proxy.
Step 5: Then paste the prepared IP address from Step 1 here and click OK to finish.
6. Use a different browser
Each web browser on your computer uses a different code structure and handles differently. It's possible that the browser is not suitable for accessing the website under certain conditions, so it refuses to connect. Try using multiple different browsers to double-check.
