The photo editing tool on Samsung Galaxy S10 is quite powerful and can handle most common tasks without requiring you to install third-party editing apps, including fixing upside-down photos. Simply follow these steps:
- Open the Gallery app and select the upside-down photo you want to flip.
- Tap the edit icon (pencil icon) at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on the Flip tool as shown below.
There are several photo editing apps that offer the ability to flip upside-down photos, but SnapSeed and Flip Image are the most widely used. You can download either of these apps to flip photos and take advantage of various editing tools.
Download SnapSeed app:

+ Open SnapSeed app and select the upside-down photo you want to flip.
+ Tap on Tools at the bottom of the screen and choose Rotate from the menu that appears.
+ Tap on the Flip button as shown below to flip the photo.
+ Download Flip Image and open the app.
Choose the upside-down image you want to flip.
Select Flip Vertical to flip the image vertically and Flip Horizontal to flip it horizontally.
