Looking to cut down on your wait time at the UPS counter? Consider creating a prepaid label online. In just a few minutes, you can ship your package anywhere in the world with UPS. Follow these steps below to learn how to create that label.
Steps
Navigate to the UPS website. Choose your preferred language and country from the dropdown menu.
Sign in using your UPS.com account details. Click on the 'Log-In' option and enter your username and password.
Go to the 'Shipping' tab at the top and select 'Create a Shipment'.
Enter the destination address in the '1 Where is this shipment going?' section. You can choose from saved addresses or input a new one manually.
Provide the return address details or pick from existing ones. This step is located under '2) Where is this shipment coming from?'
Specify the package type and quantity.
Use the dropdown menu in '3) What are you shipping?'
- Enter the package weight and dimensions. This option becomes available after selecting a packaging type.
Select your preferred UPS shipping options under '4) How would you like to ship?'
- Check any additional services you require. Some may be complimentary, while others may incur an extra fee.
Scroll down to the 'How would you like to pay?' section. Enter the necessary payment information. UPS accepts PayPal for billing orders, provided you have a PayPal account and can log in to confirm the transaction.
Make sure to tick the checkbox next to 'Review Shipping details, including price, before completing this shipment' to ensure that the address conforms to UPS policy.
Click the 'Next' button located on the right side of the page beneath the 'Review Shipment details' checkbox line.
Review your choices. If desired, you can mark the checkbox next to the option.
Press the 'Ship Now' button located at the bottom right corner of the page.
Ensure the label is printed and send it via a UPS store or another UPS location.
