How to revisit meetings and classes on Microsoft Teams
Before you start, if you haven't installed Microsoft Teams yet, you can access it here to download the application to your device and install it.

If you don't have an account, you can refer to How to create a Microsoft Teams account here
To record a meeting or class on Microsoft Teams, follow these steps:
Step 1: Start or join the meeting or class on Microsoft Teams.
Step 2: To begin recording, access the Meeting Controls section, select More options... =>Start recording.
Everyone participating in the meeting or class on Teams will receive a notification that recording has started.
This notification is also saved in the chat history.
Note:
- You cannot record multiple videos simultaneously for the same meeting or class on Teams. When a user records a meeting, that recording will be stored in the cloud service and available to all participants.
- After the meeting or class ends, you must stop the recording before starting another recording.
Step 3: To stop recording the meeting or class on Teams, access the Meetings Control window, find and click on More Options... =>Stop Recording.
The video file you record will be processed, which may take some time, and will be saved on Microsoft Stream for playback.
The person recording the meeting or class will receive a notification from Microsoft Stream when the recording is available.
