1. How to initiate group video calls on Skype using Android, iOS phones

Scenario 1: Calling Skype groups on Android, iOS with existing groups
Step 1: Open and log in to the Skype app, click on the group you want to call (Figure 1). On the interface, click the camera icon (Figure 2).
Step 2: Below the interface, click 'Start the call' (Figure 3). Then, Figure 4 will appear.
Now, wait for the members of the group to pick up so you can chat with each other.
Scenario 2: Calling Skype groups on Android, iOS without existing groups
If you don't have an existing group, to make a group call, you need to follow this step:
Step 1: Open the Skype app and log in. Choose a person you want to call and then click on their account name (Figure 1). Swipe up, click 'Create a new group with...' (Figure 2).
Step 2: Now, continue to select the people you want to have a group video call with by clicking on the adjacent checkboxes (you can choose more than 1 person), then click 'Add' (Figure 3). After creating the group, click the camera icon at the top (Figure 4).

2. How many people can Skype group calls accommodate?
Skype is a free chat and calling app available on all devices, as long as they have an Internet connection. However, unlike how to make group calls on Skype on a computer, which allows up to 50 participants, the number of participants in a Skype group video call on your phone is limited, with a maximum of 4 participants.
If you want to call a Skype group on your phone with more than 4 people, you need to upgrade Skype to Skype Premium.
3. How to add people to a Skype group
If you want to add people to the group you are calling on Skype, follow the instructions below:
Step 1: After completing the group call, if you want to add more people to that call, gently tap on the screen (Figure 1). Then, click the three dots (Figure 2).
Step 2: Click 'Add people' (Figure 3). Click the checkbox of the person you want to add and then click 'Add' to add them to the group (Figure 4).
