1. Writing Roman Numerals in Word 2016, 2013
Step 1: To write Roman numerals in Word, the first thing you need to do is select the 1 2 3 icon in the Home tab.
Step 2: Then choose the Roman numeral display style, which can be uppercase or lowercase as per your preference. Additionally, you can go to Define New Number Format to customize Roman numeral indexing in Word.
In Define New Number Format, you can customize the formatting of Roman numerals or any other numbering style as well as its display type.
Step 3: Once you've written Roman numerals in Word, you can now index them as shown in the image. Then, click on the icon next to it to set up subfiles.
