Installation and Usage Guide for TranS
1. Installing TranS on Your Computer
Step 1: Download the latest version setup file of TranS from the link below.
Step 2: Right-click on the downloaded TranS setup file and select Run as administrator.
Step 3: In the Trans user welcome screen, press the Next button to proceed to the next step.
Step 4: Click on Browse to change the installation directory of Trans. Alternatively, you can press Next to choose the default location.
Step 5: Press the Install button to begin the Trans installation process.
This process will take a few minutes, depending on your device's configuration.
Step 6: After completing the installation process, a notification screen will appear as shown below. Now, click Run Trans to launch the software.
The system will perform a version check, and once completed, you only need to log in and start using.
2. Create an Account, Log in to TranS
Step 1: Open the Trans software on your computer, click on the Sign up button.
Step 2: In the Trans account creation window, enter the required information as requested by the system.
Under the verification request selection, choose Freedom Entry, then click the Sign up button below.
Step 3: A login screen will appear. Now, enter the newly registered Trans account information. Click Log in.
If you register for a TranS account and successfully log in, the working screen of the Trans software will be displayed as illustrated below.
3. How to Use TranS for Online Learning
3.1. Creating an Online Classroom with TranS
In the TranS software interface, click the Teacher button.
Immediately, the system will automatically create a classroom for you to teach. The interface of TranS's online classroom is similar and includes all the features of Zoom.
3.2. Sending Invitations to Join a Classroom on TranS
To invite others to join your online classroom on TranS, you can send your Trans ID for them to log in. Or you can actively invite others to join by clicking on the Send Invitation section.
In a new workspace window, enter the TranS ID, Phone number, or Email of the person into the information box. Then press Send Invitation.
3.3. Joining a Classroom on TranS
If you wish to join a classroom created by another user, click the Student button on the main workspace window of the software.
Enter the Trans ID of the online classroom, then click the Enter Room button.
