1. How to Set GIF as Desktop Wallpaper on Windows 11
The Lively Wallpaper app allows you to set dynamic wallpapers for free. In addition to the dynamic wallpapers within the app, you can also choose from GIFs, videos stored on your personal computer, or even videos from YouTube to use as wallpapers for your computer via URL.
Step 1: Download the Lively Wallpaper app to your computer from the Microsoft Store using the link below.
Step 2: Click Open to directly open the app or go to the Start Menu to open the app.
Step 3: Click Next to Continue.

Step 5: Select OFF if you want to keep the default Taskbar interface > Next. Note, you can choose CLEAR to blur the Taskbar.
Step 6: Press OK to proceed.

Step 1: Click on the '+' Add Wallpaper > Browse icon.

3. How to set a YouTube video as a dynamic wallpaper on Windows 11
Step 1: Click on the '+' Add Wallpaper > Paste the link of the dynamic wallpaper video on YouTube you want to set > Click on the Arrow icon.
Step 2: Press OK, your wallpaper has been changed.
Note: If after clicking OK your wallpaper still doesn't change or shows black, it might be because the app is loading the video from YouTube. To fix this, select any other wallpaper and then select again the wallpaper you fetched from YouTube.
