Step 1: First, access the link HERE to download the file RetroBar.zip to your computer.

Step 3: In the newly appeared folder, click RetroBar.exe and install it as usual.
Step 4: After installation, the Windows 11 Taskbar will switch to the Windows 95 interface. Right-click on the Taskbar and select Properties.
Step 5: Under Theme, choose Windows XP Blue and press OK.
Step 6: Download the Windows XP wallpaper set at the link HERE, select the resolution you want to download the image to your computer.
Step 7: Open the downloaded image, right-click and select Set as desktop background and the Windows XP interface on Windows 11 will look like this.
It's that simple, isn't it? With the RetroBar software, you can experience a bit of the traditional interface of Windows XP, the legendary operating system, along with the beautiful interface of Windows 11. If you want to return to the original Windows 11 interface, simply uninstall the RetroBar software in Control Panel.
