The Control Panel on a Windows computer houses shortcuts to system tools and options. However, it doesn't include the Recycle Bin. You can augment Control Panel with a Recycle Bin shortcut using My Computer Tweaker, granting you more options and flexibility.

Step 1: Download the application to your computer. Download: My Computer Tweaker
Step 2: After extracting the files, run 1 Run This First - Rename.cmd first, then run Control Panel - My Computer Tweaker.exe. You'll see a interface similar to the one below.
