The Control Panel on a Windows computer houses shortcuts to system tools and options. However, it doesn't include the Recycle Bin. You can augment Control Panel with a Recycle Bin shortcut using My Computer Tweaker, granting you more options and flexibility.
Guide: Adding Recycle Bin to Windows Control Panel
Step 1: Download the application to your computer. Download: My Computer Tweaker
Step 2: After extracting the files, run 1 Run This First - Rename.cmd first, then run Control Panel - My Computer Tweaker.exe. You'll see a interface similar to the one below.
Step 3: Look at the top of the window, you'll find options to add shortcuts to Control Panel. Check the box next to Recycle Bin to add a shortcut to Control Panel. Additionally, you can add shortcuts for Registry, My Computer, Network, User Account 2,... if desired.
Step 4: Once you've made your selections, scroll down and click the Apply button. Windows will prompt you to restart for the changes to take effect. You can also add more shortcuts for other items by
Now you can see the Recycle Bin is already in Control Panel, and with just one click, you can access your computer's Recycle Bin. You can also do the same with other items using My Computer Tweaker.
