How to Join Zalo's New Feature Trials
Instructions below from Mytour.vn will be performed on Android phones using the CH Play app store.
Step 1: The first task is to back up messages and images on your Zalo account to avoid data loss after uninstalling the app. If you don't know how to do this, refer to the Zalo message backup guide.
Step 2: Delete the current version of the Zalo app on your phone.
Step 3: Access the CH Play app -> Then search for the keyword: zalo -> Select the first line with the same name.
Step 4: Next, scroll down to find the Join beta program section and select Join under the Join line.
Step 5: Upon receiving a notification, select Join again. Then wait for the app to add your account to the program.
Step 6: After completing the process, the interface will display the message: You are a beta tester. If some of you have been waiting too long and haven't received it yet, you can exit the CH Play app, then access it again and search for Zalo to find the Zalo app - Sharp Video Calling (Beta) appear. Proceed to press Install to download to your device.
The download process may be fast or slow depending on the WiFi or internet speed you are using. After downloading and installing, select Open to start experiencing the new features of this Zalo Beta version.
After participating in testing Zalo's new features, if you no longer need it, you can stop using the Beta version by accessing the CH Play app again, searching for the Zalo app, scrolling down, and selecting Exit.
