The online meeting software on Zavi features a purely Vietnamese interface and is user-friendly. Using Zavi is also very simple. To join meetings on Zavi, the software provides users with 2 different methods, allowing you to flexibly choose and use them effectively.
How to Join Zavi Meetings on PC
Regardless of which online meeting on Zavi you choose, you'll first need to install the software. Click the link to download the latest version of Zavi.
Option 1: Joining Zavi Meetings with ID
Step 1: Open the Zavi software on your computer. Click the Login with Zalo button.
Note: Users need to use a Zalo account to log in to Zavi. If you don't have a Zalo account yet, you can learn how to create one here.
Step 2: Log in to Zalo using one of two methods:
- Login to Zalo with phone number
- Login to Zalo with QR code
In this example, Mytour uses Phone number and Password to log in. Verify login by selecting 3 friends on Zalo, then click Reply.
Step 3: On the main workspace screen, click the Schedule a Meeting button.
Step 4: Enter the Meeting ID, Password, and Display Name in your meeting room, then click Join.
Upon successfully joining the meeting, the screen will display a notification as illustrated below.
Option 2: Joining Zavi Meetings Online via Link
You can click on a link provided by another user to join a Zavi meeting without needing an ID or Password.
Step 1: Click on the shared meeting link.
Step 2: In your browser, click the Open Zavi button in the notification window.
Step 3: The system will automatically redirect you to the Zavi software workspace. Here, you enter your Display Name, then click join.
Step 4: Click on the Login with Zalo button and proceed sequentially as in Step 2 of Option 1.
Immediately, users will be taken to the meeting room screen on Zavi.
It's evident that both methods of joining meetings on Zavi, as executed by Mytour, require users to install the Zavi app and log in with their personal Zalo accounts. This adds extra steps, inconveniencing newcomers to Zavi. Hopefully, Zavi will soon optimize in upcoming updates.
