VinID app is a product of Vingroup conglomerate. You can use this app to earn and redeem points within Vingroup's ecosystem including Vinmart, Vinpearl, Vinpro, Vinsmart, etc. VinID facilitates shopping and payment with the integrated QR code scanning feature, allowing quick purchase and bill payment. Currently, VinID e-wallet is linked with 36 major banks nationwide, facilitating convenient payment and shopping for users.

How to Link Your VinID Wallet with a Bank
Step 1: Open the ViniD app on your phone and go to the My Wallet section -> Select the wallet icon located at the top right corner.
- Download: VinID for Android
- Download: VinID for iPhone
Step 2: Choose the bank you want to link with VinID. Here, as shown in the instructions, Mytour selects Vietcombank ->Link now.
Note:
+ You must meet all the requirements to link the VinID card as illustrated below
+ Top up 10,000 VND to verify the active bank account. This amount will be transferred to your VinID wallet immediately upon successful bank linking.
Step 3: Proceed to enter
+ Enter the code printed on the front of your Vietcombank card into the first box
+ Cardholder's full name
+ Card validity date
Select Continue to proceed to the next step.
Step 4: You proceed to enter the code shown on the screen into the empty box ->Pay ->Enter the transaction code sent to your registered bank account phone number ->Pay.
Step 5: Payment completed, the VinID app screen will display a notification: Transaction successful. You select Close to proceed to the next step.
Step 6: Next, you select Update link ->Understood. Proceed to open Google Chrome browser on your phone and access the homepage of Vietcombank. HERE. Enter your Vietcombank Internet Banking account name, password ->Sign in.
Step 7: Tap on the 3 horizontal lines icon to access the Menu ->Additional Utilities.
Step 8: Find the Electronic Wallet section ->Register Service.
In the Select Electronic Wallet Type section, choose MonPay - VinID App . Verify the information in that section, re-enter the number sequence displayed on the screen ->Confirm.
Step 9: An OTP code will be sent to your Vietcombank registered phone number ->Enter OTP code ->Confirm.
Registration completed, the screen will display a notification: Service registration successful.
Step 10: Return to the VinID app, select Link now ->Update link.
On the VinID app screen at this point, you will see 10,000 VND that you previously topped up. Tap on the wallet icon to see the list of banks linked with VinID.
To view detailed transaction histories with VinID, scroll down to the Transaction History section ->View all.
For Vietinbank, MBbank
The process will be much simpler. Select Vietinbank or MBbank ->Link now ->Enter ID card/passport number ->Continue.
Enter the required information as requested by the VinID app including: Card number , issue date , cardholder name ->Continue. If the information is correct, the app will send an OTP code to your phone, you enter the OTP code in the app to confirm linking with VinID e-wallet.
