If you've recorded a Zoom session, the file is stored either on your computer or the Zoom cloud. Cloud storage is exclusive to paid Zoom account holders, whereas free users can only save recordings locally.

Finding Zoom meeting/class recordings via cloud
Step 1: Log into your Zoom account.
Step 2: Select 'Recordings' on the left panel.
Step 3: Your Cloud recordings are listed under 'Cloud Recordings' tab, while recordings saved on your computer appear under 'Local Recordings' tab.
How to find Zoom meeting/class recordings on your computer
Step 1: Navigate to 'Documents' on Windows or 'Finder' on Mac.
Step 2: Search for Zoom.
Step 3: Locate a folder named 'Zoom Meeting' with titles and other identification info. Open it to access desired recordings.
Step 4: Your recordings will be listed here, formatted as mp4 files for video and audio meetings, or VTT/chat files for meeting transcripts and chat logs.
Double-click a file to play it, using a player like Quicktime for viewing or listening.
