Step 7: When you open the Facebook Messenger app, your account will automatically log out. Click on Not You? to log in with another account.
2. How to log out of Facebook Messenger on iPhone.
Similar to logging out on Android, to exit Facebook Messenger on iPhone, we also need to log out from the Facebook app.
Step 1: On the Facebook interface, tap on the 3 horizontal lines icon below to open the Settings interface.
Step 2: Look for the Settings & Privacy section, select Settings.
Step 3: Select Security and Login.
Step 4: In the Where You're Logged In section, you will see the login sessions on different devices. Find the device name logged into Facebook Messenger and click on the 3 dots icon as shown below.
Step 5: Click on Log Out to exit your Messenger account.
Step 6: When you return to the Messenger app, your account will automatically log out. Click on Not You? to log in with another account.
