Ingredients and tools for making yogurt.
Once you have all the necessary ingredients and tools, let's get started right away. This method is very simple; you only need to spend a little time and effort to have a delicious and nutritious dish for the whole family.
How to Make Yogurt Using a Rice Cooker.
Step 1: Pour condensed milk and fresh milk into a large bowl, stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved. Most people use Longevity milk for making yogurt because it has the right level of sweetness and is not too fatty. Then, heat it on the stove with low heat until the milk is almost boiling and bubbles appear on the surface, then turn off the heat. Avoid overheating as it may diminish the nutrients in the milk. While heating, remember to stir constantly to prevent scorching. Furthermore, to prevent the milk from spoiling after 2 hours, you should store it by placing the hot milk pot into a basin containing cold water.

Step 1
Step 2: When the mixture has cooled to about 35-40 degrees Celsius, add sugar and stir until dissolved. The amount of sugar depends on your taste and your family's preference. Then add a box of prepared yogurt into this mixture and use a spoon to stir until the yogurt is completely dissolved. To ferment the yogurt, you should place the yogurt jars in an outer environment until they reach room temperature before proceeding.

Step 2
Step 3: After the yogurt mixture has evenly dissolved, pour the yogurt into each prepared jar or container. Place the yogurt in the rice cooker, fill the cooker with warm water. If it's cold outside, you can turn on the rice cooker to the Warm mode, but it's not necessary during hot weather. Let the yogurt ferment for about 4-6 hours. Finally, store the yogurt in the refrigerator. This yogurt-making method is really simple, isn't it? Make the most of every household item to create delicious and nutritious meals for your family.
