How to make tofu with cinnamon sauce:
Step 1:
- Rinse the soybeans in clean water, cut them into small squares (the smaller, the quicker the beans absorb the seasoning). Marinate the soybeans with a pinch of salt for 15 minutes.
- Clean the bell peppers, cut them into pomegranate seeds.
- Peel and clean the garlic and ginger, then finely chop them.

Step 2:
Heat a pan, add a dash of cooking oil, let it heat up, then add a mixture of green chili, minced ginger garlic, 2 tablespoons of sugar, ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Stir well.
Fry the small-cut tofu until golden on all sides once the sugar has dissolved.
