Having slides run automatically in PowerPoint is a handy feature that ensures precise timing for a presentation. With auto-run slides, you won't need to click to advance to the next slide. Let's learn how to make slides run automatically in PowerPoint quickly.
To enable automatic slide advancement during your presentation, follow these steps. First, open your PowerPoint deck with your slides ready.
Next, click to open the Transitions ribbon on the toolbar.

You can set a time delay for how long each slide will automatically transition to the next. This setting can be done individually for each slide.
Click on the box next to After and then adjust the time, setting it in the format mm:ss (minutes:seconds).
You can click on Apply To All if you don't need different settings for each slide but want them to have the same display time.
Finally, to review the outcome of your automatic slide show, open the Slide Show ribbon on the toolbar and click on From Beginning to review the entire slide show process from start to finish.
