How to prepare fruit and cucumber dessert:
Step 1:
- Clean and peel jackfruit, mango. Remove seeds from mango and cut into small cubes. Wash strawberries and cut into small pieces. Prepare other fruits similarly if available.
- Clean and peel cucumber, remove seeds, and cut into small cubes. Rinse in water. If using pre-peeled cucumber, still rinse thoroughly to ensure cleanliness.
- Clean and blend pandan/butterfly pea leaves, strain to extract juice, discard the residue. Soak cucumber in the extracted juice for 30 - 45 minutes for gradual coloring, then remove and drain. If using food coloring, dissolve it in 50ml water, soak cucumber for about 5 minutes to achieve vibrant color.
- Mix cucumber with tapioca starch, sprinkle some water and add more dry flour to thicken the layer. Put the cucumber-starch mixture into a sieve, gently shake to let excess flour fall off.

Step 2:
- Bring water to a boil, pour the prepared cucumber mixture into the pot. Boil for about 1 minute, when the cucumber floats up completely, immediately remove and transfer to a bowl of cold water to prevent it from breaking and sticking together.
- Heat 200ml of distilled water with 6 tablespoons of sugar, grated coconut, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Once the water starts boiling, turn off the heat. You can adjust the amount of sugar and salt to suit your taste preferences.
Step 3:
- Divide the prepared mixture into three glasses/bowls, add coconut milk and stir well, then let it cool. Finally, add finely chopped cucumber, fruits, and crushed ice to serve.
