Electric Rice Cooker
Steamer Pot
Bucket
Bowl
INGREDIENTS
250 grams of flour
1 egg
150 ml unsweetened fresh milk
5 grams yeast
40 grams butter
5 grams white sesame seeds
SEASONINGS
Salt
Sugar
Vegetable oil
STEPS TO FOLLOW
Mixing the dough: Put flour into a bowl, add 50 grams of sugar and 2 grams of salt. Then add yeast and mix well. Ensure to add ingredients according to instructions because mixing yeast with sugar and salt simultaneously weakens its activity. Melt butter in a steamer pot by heating it indirectly. Beat the egg in a bowl until smooth. Create a hollow in the center of the flour bowl, pour in the egg, unsweetened fresh milk, and melted butter, then mix well. Knead the dough until it becomes elastic, smooth, and when pressed with fingers, the indentation bounces back. Once done, lightly brush vegetable oil on the bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let the dough sit in a dry, ventilated place for 60 minutes to allow it to rise.

Shaping and baking the bread: After the allotted time, gently knead the dough for 3 to 5 minutes, then divide it into small round pieces. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top for added attractiveness. Arrange them in the rice cooker, leaving space between each piece to allow the dough to expand. Start the 'cook' mode for 10 minutes, then repeat this mode three more times, with each interval being 10 minutes, until the bread is cooked. Flip the bread to achieve an appealing golden color.

Finished Product: Delightful small loaves await you and everyone to enjoy.

NOTES
The type of flour used to make bread is type 13, which can be purchased at baking ingredient stores.
The best bread is freshly baked, but if not all used, wrap the leftover loaves tightly in plastic wrap. Then store them in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator. When you want to enjoy them again, take them out and reheat them. You can also use the rice cooker method previously described for this step.
