The Taskbar is a horizontal bar usually located at the bottom of the screen, where we can switch between active applications. By default on Windows 10, this bar is black, but you can change its color as you like or enable blur effects to make the Taskbar look better. However, if you're tired of the default effects of the Taskbar on Windows 10, you can change things up by making the Taskbar transparent, making your computer screen look much more spacious. Let's follow the instructions below from Mytour.
To make the Taskbar transparent, we will use a tool called TranslucentTB. This is a very lightweight tool that not only makes the Taskbar transparent but also has some other effects.
To download the application, visit the following link:

However, if you desire a completely transparent Taskbar, simply hover over the application icon on the Taskbar and select Clear.

And behold, the Taskbar is now entirely translucent.

Additionally, the Normal mode is the default setting, while the Dynamic windows mode toggles between Blur and Clear when opening or closing any application window.
Nevertheless, we're not quite done yet. We need to take a few more steps to ensure that TranslucentTB application runs automatically with Windows; otherwise, we'd have to manually launch it every time we start our computer.
To begin with, press Windows+R to open the Run dialog, then type 'shell:startup' and press Enter.

At this point, the Startup window appears; proceed by copying the TranslucentTB.exe file extracted in the previous step. Then right-click on the Startup window and select Paste shortcut. Consequently, every time you start your computer, the application will run automatically, and the Taskbar will have a translucent effect.

If you want the application to automatically enable the translucent effect, right-click on the shortcut and choose Properties.
Next, in the new window, click at the end of the Target line, press space, add -transparent, and click OK to finish.

By using the TranslucentTB software, we effortlessly made the Taskbar translucent, enhancing its visual appeal. Best wishes for success to all!
