How to Make the Windows 10 Taskbar Transparent
Step 1: Firstly, you need to download TranslucentTB to your computer.

Step 2: Right-click on the TranslucentTB file and run it as Administrator.
Step 3: After running the file, pay attention to the icon toolbar of TranslucentTB below. Right-click on the TranslucentTB icon, and you'll see 3 options:
Blur: Blurs the Taskbar toolbar.
Clear: Makes the Taskbar toolbar transparent.
Exit: Exits the software.
Choose Blur or Clear to change the transparency of the Taskbar on Windows 10.
And finally, your Desktop screen will look transparent as shown below.
Step 4: To create TranslucentTB at startup, you can create a Shortcuts file.
- First, press Window + R to open the Run window. Then, type shell:startup command.
Step 5: Next, from the extracted TranslucentTB folder, right-click on TranslucentTB and then copy it to the window where you entered the command.
Step 6: Finally, create a Shortcuts file so that the application will start the transparency feature when your computer boots up.

In the Target box, you can add some commands below the application path (separated by a space).
--Blur blurs the taskbar, which is also the default option.
--Opaque makes the taskbar a single color (not transparent.) By default, the color is black, but you can change it using --tint.
--Transparent makes the taskbar transparent. With --tint, you can add a subtle highlight color.
--Tintcho allows you to select a color that works with the --opaque or --transparent options (does not work with --blur)
Then, press OK to apply your options to the taskbar.
