Here's a guide on merging multiple comments from different Word files into a single Word document, keeping all comments intact.
Step 1: In the main interface of the Word software, navigate to the Review tab and find Compare, then select Combine… to start merging multiple files.

Step 2: In the Combine Documents window, select the original document under Original document

Step 3: To easily distinguish comments after merging into one file, you need to enter the name of the person working on each file in the Label unmarked changes with section to differentiate them.

Step 4: Next, select the More tab, choose Comments (1), and press OK (2) to proceed with merging comments.

Step 5: After merging all comments, you'll see the Combined Document containing all comments from individual files. In case of duplicate comments (including position + content), the system will automatically merge them into one unique comment.
