For example, you have the following data table and need to paste data only into visible cells within the worksheet.

If your data table is extensive, manually copying each cell is tedious. But if you have up to 100 cells, try the following steps instead.
Step 1: Copy the original data. For example, in cell F4 containing the original data, select F4 and press the shortcut Ctrl + C.

Step 2: Select the data range where you want to paste the data. For example, from cell D4 to D12.

Step 3: On the Home (1) tab, click the Find & Select (2) button, then choose Go To Special… (3).

Alternatively, you can use the shortcut Ctrl + G, then click the Special button.

Step 4: In the Go To Special dialog box, select Visible cells only, then press the OK button.

After that, you'll see the selection area change as follows:

Step 5: Now, you can use the shortcut Ctrl + V to paste the data into the visible cells.

Alternatively, if you haven't copied the original data yet, start from step 2. So, after completing Step 4, begin entering 'Paid' then press Ctrl + Enter to input data or formulas into these visible cells.
