1. View electricity customer code
First, to make the payment, you need to know how to check your family's electricity customer code. Because when making a payment, you'll need to enter this customer code for the system to look up and display information for you to make the payment.
Method 1: To check your customer code, it's simple, you just need to review the electricity bill notice or the electricity bill itself, and you'll immediately see your electricity customer code. The image below shows a customer code marked in red by us.
Method 2: Contact the power hotline for support in reissuing the customer code
If you don't remember your customer code, or in some cases, lose your electricity bill or electricity bill notice, you can contact the Power Company's Customer Care Center hotline to get support in reissuing the customer code. 2. Paying electricity bills on Grab
Step 1: Open the Grab app you are using -> then, select the Bills section right on Grab's main screen.
Step 2: Proceed to select the electricity provider that you and your family are using, for example, if you are in HCMC, choose EVN HCMC, and if you are in Hanoi, choose EVN Hanoi. If you select the wrong one, you won't be able to make the payment, so make sure to choose carefully.
Step 3: At this step, you enter the customer code of the electricity bill -> then you enter that code into the Customer Code field -> immediately, your electricity bill information will be displayed:
Step 4: You should double-check the displayed payment amount to see if it matches the electricity bill notice sent to you by EVN. There's usually nothing wrong -> proceed to click Confirm if the information is correct and matches.
Step 5: In this step, you will proceed to Pay and you're done. We note that you can only pay with the GrabPay by Moca electronic wallet, which means in the Payment method section -> you will choose GrabPay by Moca Wallet.
