GUIDE TO DELETING YOUR TWITTER ACCOUNT
Step 1: Log in to your Twitter account. Choose Settings (the gear icon on the right side of the website).
Next, select Settings.
Step 2: On the left side of the interface, select Account, then scroll down to the bottom.
Click on the text Deactivate my account.
Step 3: After selecting, you'll be redirected to another page. You'll immediately see the Deactivate section at the bottom. Simply click on that section.
Step 4: Twitter will verify if you want to delete it by requiring you to enter your Password.
After entering your Password, select Deactivate account to complete the process.
Please note, from the time of deletion until 30 days later, Twitter will only be truly deleted.
With simple steps like the ones above, you can deactivate your Twitter account, and after 30 days, your Twitter account will be permanently deleted.
