Step 1: First, open the Zalo app and go to the Messages section.
Step 2: Choose either personal messages or group messages you want to pin. Then, in the conversation, locate the message you want to pin and press and hold it until a menu appears. Select Pin from the menu.
Step 3: A confirmation message will appear, select Pin message to confirm.
Step 4: Back in the message conversation, you'll see Zalo's notification: You've pinned a message . To view the pinned message or other previously pinned messages, select the 3-dot icon at the top.
Step 5: Next, scroll down to see the list of pinned messages with a pin icon. To view the details of a message, select that line.
Step 6: To unpin a pinned message, you press and hold the message you want to unpin ->Unpin . Back on the main screen of the message conversation, you'll see Zalo's notification: You've unpinned a message .
