Guide to placing and canceling orders on Tiki
1. How to place orders on Tiki
Step 1: If you haven't installed Tiki on your phone yet, download the app via the provided link above to install it on your phone. Then, open the Tiki app on your phone. It's advisable to create a Tiki account and log in to Tiki for better support.
Step 2: At the top of the interface, click on the search box and type the product you want to buy (Figure 1). Then, Tiki will ask you 'Allow Tiki to access...' then you click 'Only allow when using the app' (Figure 2).
Step 3: You swipe the screen and then select the product you want to purchase (Figure 3). At the bottom of the interface, you click 'Choose to buy' (Figure 4).
Step 4: You click 'View Cart' (Figure 5). At this point, the Shopping Cart interface will open, you select the product and then enter the quantity you want to buy (Figure 3).
Step 5: To save costs when purchasing, click 'Enter or select code' (Figure 7). If you have a discount code, you select to apply the discount then click 'Done', if not, you click 'Done' directly (Figure 8).
Step 6: Click 'Buy now' (Figure 9). The Delivery address interface appears, you enter complete information into each appropriate field, then remember to select the address you are writing as home or office for them to deliver at a suitable time (Figure 10).
Step 7: Click 'Confirm' to confirm the information (Figure 11). Then, you review your order once, and click 'Buy now' (Figure 12).
Step 8: Swipe the screen and click 'Select method' in the Payment method section (Figure 13). Depending on your needs, you choose the appropriate method then click 'Select' (Figure 14). For example, Mytour selects 'Cash payment'.
Step 9: Review your order, including price, delivery address, shipping fee. If correct, click 'Place order' to make the purchase (Figure 15). At this point, the system will notify you of a successful order placement (Figure 16). If you want to continue shopping, click 'Back to homepage'.
2. How to cancel orders on Tiki
Step 1: If you want to cancel an order on Tiki, you need to open and log into Tiki. Then, click on 'Personal' at the bottom right corner of the screen (Figure 1), then click on the order to cancel (Figure 2).
Note: If you want to cancel an order that doesn't appear like in Figure 2, click on 'Processing' then select the order you want to cancel.
Step 2: At the bottom of the interface, click 'Cancel order' (Figure 3). Switch to the Cancel order interface, you choose the reason and write the cancellation reason in detail (Figure 4).
Step 3: Then, you click 'Agree' (Figure 5). At this point, the system will notify successful cancellation and return to the 'Orders' interface as in Figure 6.
Please note that if your order is already in shipping status (meaning you have confirmed the purchase, and the shipping company is delivering it), when you try to delete this order, you will not be able to perform any action. If you need to cancel the order, you can ask the delivery person to help cancel it.
