How to Prepare an Irresistible Lemongrass Chili Frog Dish
Ingredients:
– Frog meat (pre-prepared): 500 grams
– Lemongrass: 3 – 4 stalks
– Bell pepper: ½ piece
– Purple onions, dried garlic: 1 – 2 bulbs
– Spring onions, cilantro, fresh chili
– Seasonings: cooking oil, salt, pepper, chili, food coloring, sugar, bouillon cubes

How to make lemongrass chili frog dish:
– Season the frog meat with the following proportions: 1 teaspoon bouillon cubes + ½ teaspoon ground pepper + 1 teaspoon fish sauce + 1 teaspoon food coloring + chopped onions, garlic, and chili. Mix well to marinate the frog meat for 10 – 15 minutes.
– After marinating the frog meat, heat the pan and add a bit of oil. Once the oil is hot, add purple onions, garlic, lemongrass, and chopped chili to sauté for fragrance. Then, add the frog meat and stir-fry over medium heat.

– Stir-fry the frog meat for about 5 minutes, then add a bit of water to stir-fry again. Add bell pepper and continue to stir-fry. At this point, add 1 teaspoon bouillon cubes, 1 teaspoon sugar, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon fish sauce, and mix well.
– When the bell pepper is cooked, reduce the heat and add spring onions and cilantro. Turn off the heat. Serve the lemongrass chili frog dish on a plate, sprinkle with a bit of ground pepper, and garnish with soy sauce and a few slices of chili. This dish goes well with white rice or porridge.
